Introduction of EVA foam fender

The EVA foam fender is constructed of three parts . They are the closed cell polyurethane foam, Outer nylon cord fabrics and Polyurea spraying coat.

1 Foam Core

The inside polyurethane foam core make it unsinkable during operation.

2 Outer Nylon Cord

The outer nylon cord is specifically designed to seal polyurethane foam inside.

3 Polyurea Spray Coat

Polyurea spray is permanent on fender surface. It protects the fender surface and more durable than rubber, no softening or brittle in heat and cold condition.
