Dock-Foam-Filled-Fender
Dock EVA Foam Filled Fender are constructed of three parts each providing an important function in the construction and lifespan of the fender. The three parts are (1) The closed cell EVA foam. (2) Outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics. (3) Polyurea spraying coat.
(1) Foam Core
The closed cell EVA foam core used inside offers un-sink ability during operation.
(2) Outer Rubber + Nylon Cord Fabrics
The outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics is specifically designed to seal EVA foam inside and to prevent any leakage.
(3) Polyurea Spraying Coating
Polyurea coating is permanent spray on coatings that protect the surface of fender body. It is more durable than rubber and flexible in all weather conditions; no softening in heat or becoming brittle in cold.

Features
1.Ultra-tough, unsinkable design
2.Wide range of standard and custom sizes
3.Low reaction and high energy options
4.Low hull pressures
5.Maintains safe stand-off distances
6.Low maintenance
7.Well proven design
Advantages:
1. Fully compliant with ISO 9001 standard, and colors are customized.
2. Diameters ranging from 300 mm to 4500 mm and length ranging from 500 mm to 900 mm.
3. Constructed with fender buffer, Steel Bar, Suspending Ring, Closed Cell foam and flange.
4. Easy for installation and maintenance
5. Applicable for pier and dock with high tide difference, or between ships and emergency purpose.
6. PLT-PF foam fender get good floating character and free from tide difference so the fender can be kept at ideal waterline.
7. Complete with up-to-date certification.
8. Available in a variety of sizes.

Installation:
Netless Fenders are designed for easy installation. Their buoyant construction allows the option of a floating installation. The unique end fittings and ultra heavy duty internal chain are also ideal for a
fixed hanging installation. Both installations can include a 2-point and 4-point mounting arrangement. Typical mounting hardware includes dock plate pad eyes, anchor bolts, shackles, swivels and stud link chain.
Dock EVA Foam Filled Fender is versatile, robust and suitable for almost all applications. The manufacturing process allows for virtually any size of fender to be constructed and selecting the appropriate grade of foam core and elastomeric skin means the performance of a fender can be precisely gauged to meet specific specification requirements.

FAQ
Q1: What makes a foam filled fender better than a pneumatic rubber fender?
A1: Foam filled fenders are completely unsinkable. They do not require air inflation or pressure checks and will continue providing full protection even if heavily sliced or punctured.
Q2: What material is used inside the core of the foam fender?
A2: We use an ultra-high grade, closed-cell cross-linked EVA foam. Because the cells are completely sealed, they are 100% waterproof and cannot waterlog.
Q3: Does the polyurea skin crack under intense tropical UV exposure?
A3: No. Our polyurea elastomer skin is chemically blended with special anti-UV and anti-ozone compounds to maintain flexibility and toughness in climates from -20°C to +60°C.
Q4: What are the two main installation types for floating foam fenders?
A4: They are available as a Sling Type (smooth polyurea skin for lightweight handling) or a Chain-and-Tyre Net Type (heavy-duty aircraft tyre net for extreme abrasion defense).
Q5: Can these fenders be produced in colors other than black?
A5: Yes. We provide non-marking skins in navy grey, white, safety orange, and blue, which are highly preferred for cruise berths, luxury yachts, and naval vessels.
