Ship inflatable marine airbag
Ship inflatable marine airbag is well known as ship launching airbag, marine airbag, Launching Ship Balloon, landing airbag, inflatable airbag, air balloon, rubber pontoon. It is composed by airbag body and terminal iron part. The airbag body is composed by natural rubber strength fiber material through vulcanization processing; The terminal iron part is made of cast iron, it is combined closely with the airbag body; One end is for pulling when moving the airbag, and the other is for charging and discharging the air.

1. Structure of Ship inflatable marine airbag
Marine Airbag has the best design and consists of five different functional membranes in the rubber layer.
1) Outer Rubber Layer
An outer rubber layer covers the exterior of the ocean airbag to protect the lower layer from wear and other external forces. The compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any conditions and difficulties in use.
2) Synthetic-Tire-Cord Layer as Reinforcement
The reinforcing cord layers made of synthetic tire cords commonly used for tires are arranged at a desired angle to maintain internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. Therefore, they can provide powerful and effective reinforcement.
2. Material of Ship inflatable marine airbag
The rubber roller airbag is composed of an outer rubber layer, one or more synthetic tire cord layers and an inner rubber layer. The arrangement of the synthetic tire cord reinforcement layer is shown in the figure below, and all materials should be firmly vulcanized
How Does Our airbag Work?
All you need is a slipway that is free of sharp objects, a slipway winch together with accessories like steel wire rope & shackles to provide the pulling force needed, and some airbags.
Then, deflated airbags are inserted under the hull of the vessel and inflated to lift the vessel. The airbags are designed with great bearing capacity & facilitates the vessel into the water (or out of the water,depending onuse) dueto its ability to roll.
The Requirements of Ship Launching, Ship and Relevant Equipment
The engineering work under the waterline should be completed, especially those equipment, valves, etc. installed at the lower opening of the ship's waterline. The installation should be checked and approved. All burrs, welding beads, etc. on the bottom of the ship or accessories should be worn away. All welds on the shell must be inspected and sealed for testing. The main dimensions of the ship should be measured and the markings of the load line must pass the inspection. All paint work on the shell has been completed
The ramp way on which the airbags will rolling should be cleaned and be clear of sharp fends such as rock, nail. The ramp way should be leveled and the level error from left to right should less than 80 mm. The ground caved in should be filled up and the ground bearing capacity should be relatively equalized. The ramp made of mud land, sanded land, sands or concrete, however, its bearing capacity should be twice as big as the working pressure of airbags. The slope of ramp is to be determined according to the size of the launching ship and is generally no bigger that 1/7(best angle 5~6°). In the range of the whole length of the ramp way, the shape may be of multiple combination with slope line, are line and others. However, the ship bottom should not contact the ground even when the airbags are at their lowest working height. The ramp way should extend into water for certain length.
