Material and Structure of Marine Rubber Airbags
Basic body consists of out rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber layers. It is kind of a cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at the both ends. All of these are vulcanized together, and then compress air inside to roll.
Prior to the airbag production, the outer and inner rubber layers shall be tested to meet criteria in the following table in accordance with the test methods given in the interational standard list in the table. While only one satisfactory sample per batch is required for test numbers 1 to 3, all others test numbers4 to 9 annually. If the first sample fails, two additional samples should be tested. If the additional sampies pass the test requirements, the materials will be deemed to have passed the test. Otherwise, the materials will be deemed to have failed the test and another batch of materials shall be selected.

Working Principle
Preparation: Position deflated airbags along the hull's keel path; deploy air compressors, winches, and pressure gauges.
Inflation: Gradually inflate to the calculated pressure to lift the hull evenly, reducing friction and avoiding structural stress.
Movement: The airbags roll or slide, enabling controlled vessel movement into water or ashore.
Recovery: Deflate and remove post - operation for reuse (average service life 6–8 years with proper care).
