The process of ship launching by airbags

1.Preparing for launching ramp way and all necessary equipments.

Select and check suitable airbag size and quantity for ship, tide up the launching ramp way, fix the ship by winch and anchors.

2.Taking out all support blocks under stern and middle one by one, and put in airbags.

3.Taking out all support blocks under the prow. Open winch and release the cable, let the ship launch to water.

4.Checking all the deckhouse after launching, retrieving all airbags at meantime.

Airbag usage safety precaution:

1.Strictly control the operating pressure

2.The slipway should be ground or cement concrete based on the tonnage of different ships.

3.Make sure no objects on the ramp way and make sure the ramp way is smooth and clean during operation

4.Avoid distortion in the length direction during rolling and avoid overweight load after air charging.
