Structure： 

1.Outer Rubber Layer
The outermost rubber coating on the ball, designed to shield the skeleton material and inner rubber ball from external force damage. Key characteristics include high strength, abrasion resistance, anti-aging properties, and resistance to tearing.

​2.Reinforced Synthetic Cord Layer
This layer consists of wound synthetic cords embedded in rubber, primarily responsible for retaining internal air pressure. It offers excellent elasticity, maintains shape under pressure, and provides high durability.

​3.Inner Rubber Liner
The innermost rubber layer of the ball, which ensures airtightness and regulates internal pressure.

4.​End Flanges
Metal fittings installed at both ends of the fender, accommodating components such as the inflation valve and safety valve.
