Structure 

Marine airbags have the best designed structure which consists of five different functional membranes in rubber layers.

1) Outer Protective Rubber Shell
The exterior surface of marine airbags features a durable rubber casing designed to shield internal components from environmental abrasion and mechanical impacts. Formulated with high tear resistance and tensile durability, this robust material maintains structural integrity under extreme operational stresses.

2) Internal Air Retention Membrane
A specialized rubberized interior lining creates an airtight barrier within marine airbags, effectively containing compressed air pressure during inflation and operational use.

3) High-Strength Reinforcement Matrix
Multiple plies of industrial-grade synthetic tire cord fabric are laminated in cross-directional alignment to create a pressure-resistant composite structure. This strategic reinforcement system achieves uniform stress distribution while maintaining optimal pressure containment, providing enhanced load-bearing capacity through engineered fiber orientation.
